About Chef David


Born and raised in East Tennessee, in a vibrant agricultural community, David developed a deep love for food and hospitality early on. He attributes his strong work ethic to cutting tobacco in the fields, his refined palate and simple approach to cooking to early mornings in the family garden, and his genuine passion for hospitality to his grandmother’s Sunday suppers.
